Yes, all quotes are free. There is no obligation whatsoever. If something arises that was not figured into the quote, you will be notified immediately. You must ok all work before it proceeds.

If you authorize a quote and wish to proceed, a 50% down payment is required to start the work. Depending on the type of website you require, the work could take up to approximately 2 weeks or more (on average). We will set up an initial front page, at which point we may make necessary changes. Once you approve the front page of your website, the site work will continue for the other pages. Once the site is done, you will have another chance to make necessary changes. All monies due must be paid before the website goes live.

We do not accept monthly payments for hosting. You may choose 3 months, 6 months or a year increments. Payment may be made via PayPal or other arrangements may be made.

We do all of the maintenance and tech support if there are any issues. Maintenance is very necessary for WordPress websites and hosting with us, takes the burden off of you, with no additional fee.

It really depends on how old your existing website is. If your website is older than 2 years it may need to be completely redone. The reason for this is some plug ins or themes may be outdated and abandoned which will cause many issues if left in place to die. Until those things are checked, we can not give a definite answer.

Yes, your website will be responsive for the different devices mentioned.

Yes, we do. If new issues arise there may be a charge, if an old issue was overlooked or missed, then there is no charge. We always let you know up front if there is an additional charge.

We do optimize your website for SEO performance, however, we do not guarantee search engine placement these days. The more activity there is on your site, the better chance you will have to reach the search engines. We will advise on this after the site is finished. Also, a plug in will be installed to help with SEO placement. We do strive for overall website performance and make sure your site runs at peak performance. Keep in mind this has a lot to do with your visitors connection. We can not guarantee either.
